As a former New Yorker, I don’t own a lot of colorful clothing. I’m a neutrals kind of gal with a preference for all-black everything – but I’m trying hard to change that, especially since spring is near. Right now, it also just so happens that everyone’s talking about the dopamine dressing trend for 2022, aka the art of dressing in bold, colorful pieces that boost our mood. As for the color? It’s growing on me even more by the minute. There was a second in which I considered exchanging it for cream, but if there’s anyone who needs some more color in their wardrobe, it’s me. (I may or may not be planning a weekend trip to Old Navy to scoop it up in another hue.) But as for the pink, it’s undeniably pretty and perfect for spring, and it has this neutral-loving editor’s seal of approval.
