If you saw how many dresses I own, you’d probably audibly gasp. I am truly obsessed with the idea of a one-and-done outfit. Plus, as a shopping editor, I get to test out a ton of clothes. I try everything from designer investment pieces to super-affordable trend buys, so I have a good idea of what’s on the market. Right now, the spring release I’ve been wearing the most is this Old Navy Tiered Two-Tone All-Day Midi Swing Dress ($29, originally $45). I was so impressed with the cool design and quality of the 100-percent cotton fabric.

What I like about this Old Navy midi dress and sizing info:

Beyond being an incredibly cute design, this dress is also ridiculously comfortable. The loose, tiered dress is easy to move or lounge around in, and the puff sleeves fit my arms just right. I would say the dress is true to size; I’m wearing what I normally would, a large. This style comes in sizes XS-4X and petite and tall lengths. Plus, my favorite detail is that this dress has pockets! That’s always a big plus for me.

What occasion is this Old Navy midi dress good for?

The great thing about this dress is that it looks more expensive than it is, so you can definitely style it with a fancy vibe if you wanted to. It looks great with red heels or espadrilles and a statement necklace for a spring wedding or daytime event. I like keeping it more casual with white sneakers and a denim jacket for work or going to lunch with friends.

Would you recommend this Old Navy midi dress?

Honestly, I have already convinced one of my friends to buy this dress because I have been raving about it. I hope it comes in more colors because I love the style, and it’s so easy to throw on. For the price and quality, I think it’s totally worth buying – I pinky promise. It will probably sell out fast, so grab one while you can.
