At age 41, I am still young and have healthy skin (thanks to a stringent routine of cleansing, toning, treating, moisturising and sunscreening since age 14), and quite honestly, I feel better in my skin than I ever have. In fact, I think I probably only had one blusher in my otherwise excessive makeup stash. You see, I have always championed a stream-lined, simple routine.
