RosalĂa Does Date Night in a Vintage Corset Top and Low-Rise Sweatpants

RosalĂa is flipping the script on date-night dressing. Following her headlining performance at weekend one of Coachella, the singer stepped out for dinner at Craig’s in Los Angeles with fiancĂ© Rauw Alejandro on April 18. Sartorially referencing their joint single “Vampiros,” RosalĂa stuck with a sultry red and black color scheme, pairing a vintage velvet Vivienne Westwood corset with black Adidas sweatpants that slung low around her hips.
The most unexpected addition was her footwear, a pair of distressed denim I.Am.Gia. mules with a wooden platform and heel. The slip-on shoe has long been a divisive pick, but she made a strong case for giving the Y2K trend a chance.
As for the rest of her look, RosalĂa kept the accessories to a minimum, simply wearing one small hoop earring and leaving her diamond engagement ring at home. She wore her hair in a ponytail with face-framing pieces, had a spiky red manicure that matched her top, and finished with red ombrĂ© lipstick. Meanwhile, Alejandro wore baggy jeans with a white top, green bomber jacket, black loafers, and chain necklace.
On the Coachella stage a few days prior, RosalĂa sang hits like “Motomami” and “La Noche de Anoche” in a custom-made Area outfit featuring black leather separates layered under a sheer pink duster covered in ruffles. Alejandro also came out for a surprise cameo wearing a coordinating all-leather outfit. These two definitely have the whole couple style thing down to a science.
