Listen up, everyone. I’ve found the perfect bag. Not only is it ideal for daily lifeā āit fits your wallet, a mask, hand sanitiser and even a bit of makeupā ābut it’s also great for evenings out. Don’t believe me? Well, the good news is I’ve collected the evidence to prove how versatile and chic this bag actually is. But first, let me give you the details. It’s a leather crescent-shaped handbag with a thick strap. It’s smooth and pretty featureless, other than a couple of silver belt studs and a well-hidden zip. There’s no denying that it bears more than a resemblance to The Row’s Banana Bag, but it comes at a much more affordable price point.Ā
So far, I’ve spotted minimalist queens Marisa Martins and Alexis Foreman wearing this bag.Ā Foreman opted for a tee-and-skirt look with hers,Ā whileĀ MartinsĀ went for a suit,Ā proving that this bag can be worn with plenty of outfits. I would also like to point out that I bought this bag for myself (it wasn’t a press gift), which means that IĀ reallyĀ love it. Today, I’m wearing it with a knit dress, a jacket and a pair of boots, but I could even wear it with a pair of joggers, and it wouldĀ elevate the whole look.
Naturally, the style sold out in black, brown and cream within weeks, but we’re happy toĀ announce that it’s finally back in stock in a brand new orange colour for spring. It may not be as neutral as the originals but that kind of makes us like it more. Colour is king forĀ spring 2022,Ā after all, andĀ this new version serves as the perfect hitĀ to add to any ‘boring’ jeans and T-shirt outfit andĀ update itĀ an instant. I’m particularly looking forward to wearing it over tailoring this season, too.
