Cardi B Gives Us Metallic Reeboks in 5 Different Colorways

December 29, 2021 at 04:10PM Cardi B has seen great success paying homage to her hometown of New York through her Reebok collections. The latest, “Let Me Be… In My World Nighttime,” is inspired by the city’s vibrant lights and skyline, hence the metallic flash of her classic leather shoes that are available in women’s, grade school, preschool, and toddler sizes. With the flashy kicks comes some new apparel (in sizes 2XS to 4X), including a gray, co-ord legging set, colorblocked cargos, and a plush robe. While we’ve seen previous palettes, like pastels, from Cardi before, this drop introduces five signature shades: core black/vector, red/champagne, champagne/gold, pewter/black, black/silver, and fluid blue. “Nighttime in my hometown of New York is such a beautiful, magical experience, and I’m happy to see this magic come to life with my latest Reebok collection. These pieces are easy…

On Emily in Paris, Camille’s the Real Style Star

December 29, 2021 at 02:30PM While Emily in Paris (emphasis on the Emily) has inspired both devout fashion stans and fierce critics, Emily’s Parisian pal Camille (played by Camille Razat) offers a more subtle style that we’re not talking about nearly as much but certainly should be. Between the “ringarde,” the printed or brightly colored, and the matchy-matchy ensembles Emily Cooper dons as an American in Paris, I’ve come to regard Camille’s scenes, with her brand of chic dressing on display, as a kind of palate cleanser. While Emily - and Mindy, too - is a maximalist at heart, Camille reminds us that less can be more with the right tailoring, a standout cut, or the juxtaposition of two seemingly unlikely pieces paired together. The real-life Camille agrees on that much. Describing her favorite look from the series for POPSUGAR, the actor landed…

The Over-50 Fashion Icons With the Freshest Style

December 29, 2021 at 08:00AM Personal style can be mastered at any age—there is no magic number or milestone birthday that can claim to be the pivotal point. Some lucky fashion lovers manage to find their signature look early on and hold onto it throughout their lives, adjusting and updating it ever so slightly to suit the changing times and trends. For others, understanding the outfits and clothes you feel most comfortable in can be a more arduous and experimental process.Whichever camp you reside in, there’s no denying that as you get older, your tastes and wardrobe needs change. For example, aged 33, I now realise that all of the cheaper, trend-ticking items I bought on the high street in my 20s haven’t stood up, so I’m endeavouring to buy less and buy better. My mum, who is in her 70s, is still…

Angelina Jolie’s Airport Trousers Are Even Better Than Joggers or Leggings

December 29, 2021 at 08:00AM Airport style is back, baby, and this celebrity outfit–obsessed editor couldn’t be happier about it. It’s hard to predict how the pandemic will have changed airport style. It will either be the case that people are more comfortable than ever with dressing down in joggers and leggings for a flight or that they’re longing for an occasion to wear a chic, polished travel outfit. Time will tell, but Angelina Jolie seems to have chosen the latter.Jolie was recently photographed at JFK wearing a Dior trench coat, a Celine bag, Salvatore Ferragamo slide sandals, and a pair of very wide, lightweight jeans that seem so much breezier than and just as comfortable as leggings or sweatpants. (If you haven’t heard, NYC has been sweltering lately.) After seeing how chic Jolie looks, I’m fully convinced that I need to start shopping for a…

Dermatologists and Celebrities Swear By This Affordable Skincare Brand

December 29, 2021 at 08:00AM Skincare can be really expensive. In fact, I’m kind of fed up of tip-toeing around the fact that in so many cases, we’re all being painfully overcharged for certain skincare products. Brands know all too well the price that we’re willing to pay for great skin, and they’re not afraid to take advantage of it. However, as our skincare priorities have shifted, not only are brands charging obscene amounts of money for efficacious products, but they’re also driving up prices on products that look more aesthetically pleasing. As a result of this, it’s safe to say that when it comes to skincare, price does not always reflect quality. So when a no-frills product range comes along that doesn’t have a gimmicky name, doesn’t come housed in Instagram-worthy bottles and generally lacks fancies, it can be very easy for it…

December 29, 2021 at 08:00AM Whatever your thoughts on anti-ageing as a term, there’s no denying that moisturisers, which are created to specifically tackle things like fine lines, pigmentation and dryness, can be incredibly expensive due to their potent ingredients and advanced formulations. And while I truly believe that ageing is a privilege we should fully embrace—wrinkles and all—it doesn’t mean that taking good care of our skin as we grow older should cost a small fortune.
