The Best High-Street Buys We’ve Seen on Instagram This Month

March 19, 2022 at 06:02AM The team at Who What Wear UK prides itself on uncovering cult items before they’ve even made it off the production line. We’re keen, to say the least, and a great portion of our time is spent documenting and analysing the Instagram posts of the thousands of cool women we follow on Instagram for high-street sightings. In fact, we have WhatsApp groups and Slack channels dedicated to these affordably priced power pieces, and we want to update you on them as soon as possible (after we’ve bought our faves). Our skills are so attuned that, more often than not, we’ll have an inkling about a certain piece before it has hit the big time. Sometimes, you’ll find a flurry of brand-specific action due to a paid activation or a natural desire to wear a particular thing or label. But…

Out of Hundreds of & Other Stories Dresses, These 23 Are the Best

March 19, 2022 at 06:08AM If there’s one thing we can’t get enough of (which you’ve probably noticed), it’s dresses. Whether for day or night, they serve as the ultimate no-hassle outfit solution that always looks like you put in way more styling effort than was actually required. Choose one correctly, and you have a lifelong partner and a reliable fashion friend you can call upon in times of need.Eni wears a floral mini dress from & Other Stories.Dresses certainly aren’t in short supply this season, either. The 5 Sneakers We’ll All Want to Wear in 2022

March 19, 2022 at 06:05AM Despite the fact that sneakers are a bona fide fashion item, when it comes to future trainer trends, the runway isn’t always a good indicator of what’s coming up, as this item tends to get more of a back seat from most of the big designers. For that reason, I decided to speak to an insider about the biggest sneaker trends we can expect to see for 2022. Titi Finlay, the social media manager for Laced, a leading resale site for sneakers, spoke to me about what we can expect to wear on our feet next year. Finlay told me about five of the biggest trends for the new year, but she also had a few other points that we should all consider in 2022 when shopping for the hottest trainers. Finlay says, “2021 was the year of the…

PSA: COS’s Sellout Crossbody Bag Is Finally Back in Stock For Spring

March 19, 2022 at 06:00AM Listen up, everyone. I’ve found the perfect bag. Not only is it ideal for daily life—it fits your wallet, a mask, hand sanitiser and even a bit of makeup—but it’s also great for evenings out. Don’t believe me? Well, the good news is I’ve collected the evidence to prove how versatile and chic this bag actually is. But first, let me give you the details. It’s a leather crescent-shaped handbag with a thick strap. It’s smooth and pretty featureless, other than a couple of silver belt studs and a well-hidden zip. There’s no denying that it bears more than a resemblance to The Row’s Banana Bag, but it comes at a much more affordable price point. So far, I’ve spotted minimalist queens Marisa Martins and Alexis Foreman wearing this bag. Foreman opted for a tee-and-skirt look with hers, while Martins went for a…

I Never Loved These Colours, But These 4 Outfits Changed My Mind

March 19, 2022 at 06:00AM Rightly or wrongly, neon isn’t a colour category that has, historically, been associated with sophistication. For me, it has long been synonymous with dodgy ‘rave’ themed university nights out and the T-shirts in Tammy Girl that my mum never let me buy. But, as we all know, fashion designers love nothing more than a sartorial challenge, and this season we saw highlighter hues given the elevated treatment. And you know what? I am on board. At Alexander McQueen’s SS22 show the neon trend manifested in bright pink suiting, while at Molly Goddard it was all about neon yellow tulle styled with faded, wide leg jeans. Even fashion classicists, such as Emilia Wickstead and Roksanda, experimented with paintbox brights, resulting in long-sleeved midi dress rendered in tangerine oranges and lime greens and shocking pink base-layers paired with flowing satin skirts. But, away from the runway, how do we practically incorporate this statement-making trend into our…

The $40 Old Navy Pants I’m Wearing With Everything This Spring

March 18, 2022 at 08:40PM It took me a little while to jump on the trousers trend, but ever since I did, I haven’t looked back. Wearing a pair of trousers out of the house always makes me feel like I’m getting away with something because even though they look stunning and put together, they’re almost as comfortable as my favorite pair of pajama pants. I have a great pair of trousers in brown and black, but I’ve been looking for the perfect form-fitting pair in a neutral tan color. When figuring out where to start my search, I decided to check out Old Navy. I recently found a great pair of denim shorts there that I’ve been wearing with all of my spring outfits, and I was already planning on ordering a white button-down I had been eyeing on the site. When…
