At age 41, I am still young and have healthy skin (thanks to a stringent routine of cleansing, toning, treating, moisturising and sunscreening since age 14), and quite honestly, I feel better in my skin than I ever have. Apparently, bone mass peaks around ages 25–30 years and declines gradually thereafter in both men and women.
