Zendaya’s Sultry Balmain Wet-Look Dress at the Venice Film Festival Was Sculpted to Perfection

September 04, 2021 at 10:37PM Whenever Zendaya steps on the red carpet, you can always count on a showstopping look. Thanks to her expert stylist Image Architect Law Roach, and her own undeniable presence, Zendaya arrived at the Venice Film Festival premiere for Dune looking incredible in every sense of the word. This might be Zendaya’s best look yet, with her sultry, wet-look dress courtesy of Balmain. The detail of Zendaya’s custom Balmain dress is exceptional. It featured a sculpted piece of caramel-colored leather that gave off a wet-look appearance and perfectly hugged the star’s body. “The bespoke leather gown was crafted using an exact model of the star’s bust, taking full advantage of the Balmain atelier and the house’s artisanal tradition,” the brand said in a press statement. She completed the look with matching Christian Louboutin “So Kate” caramel pumps, and a…

September 04, 2021 at 04:02PM Image Source: Getty / Vittorio Zunino Celotto Zendaya’s been working overtime in the business of dropping jaws at the Venice Film Festival. The actress hardly gave us enough time to recover from seeing her in that figure-hugging leather Balmain dress before she served up another swoon-worthy look we’ll be day-dreaming about all weekend. On Friday, after attending the Dune premiere alongside costars TimothĂ©e Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, and more, she strolled up to the afterparty in an exquisite white dress, looking like she just casually descended from the heavens above. A piece from Australian designer Dion Lee’s fall/winter 2021 collection, the gown features not one but two thigh slits, multiple tan straps adorned with buckles, and a pair of the sexiest hip cutouts we’ve laid eyes on in recent history. EmRata’s Jaw-Dropping Mermaid Bikini Is Already Going Viral

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM Happy birthday, Emily Ratajkowski! The model turned 30 years old earlier this summer. She celebrated the milestone occasion in true EmRata fashion: by wearing a jaw-dropping bikini on the beach. She wore a seashell top from Versace’s ocean-themed S/S 21 collection, which was rife with motifs such as starfish, coral, shells, fish, and more. The result? An outfit that belongs in The Little Mermaid. The designer herself, Donatella Versace, chimed in on Instagram: “The birthday mermaid!!! You look STUNNING @emrata.” Naturally, Ratajkowski’s 27 million followers really lapped up the photos, making her posts go viral almost instantly. Scroll down to see Ratajkowski’s birthday bikini and to shop the “under the sea” trend for yourself. Next, what the celebrities wore to Wimbledon. This ÂŁ9 Product Is the Reason Celebrities Always Look So Glowy

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM When it comes to this time of the year, it’s totally normal for skin to seem seriously dull. In fact, beyond looking a little lacklustre, it could possibly be feeling tight, dry and sore. If there’s one thing that the beauty world is certain of, it’s that cold weather is rarely good news for your complexion. And don’t I know it. Despite the fact the summer months had my skin radiating an out-of-this-world glow, the start of winter had me sporting a drab, lacklustre and seriously distressed face.At the start of the season, as I emptied out the contents of my makeup bag in the search for any kind of illuminating product to pour over my face/bathe in, I couldn’t help but wonder if my skin would ever get its glow back. Sure, I could slather my cheekbones…

People Don’t Believe My Mom Is 71—Here Are 8 Anti-Ageing Serums She Uses

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM Six years ago, my family experienced a huge scare when my then 65-year-old mom was rushed to the ER in order to receive an emergency cardioversion—aka a medical paddle used to restart her heart. The day before the trip to the emergency room, we’d been travelling, and my mom (who has since discovered she has an extreme sensitivity to sugar) had a pumpkin spice latte and an almond-filled French pastry for breakfast and then later on after dinner a small vanilla ice cream cone. As she explains, it was enough sugar (at least for her) to send her heart into atrial fibrillation, or an uneven heart rhythm.“As scary as the experience was, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise,” she tells me. “I banished heavy sugar doses from my diet and noticed that my skin started…

I Asked 3 Hairstylists Which Cuts Make the Most of Thin Hair

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM Long, full hair may be the standard (thanks, old-school shampoo commercials!), but in reality, it’s far from the norm. There are a lot of reasons someone might have thinner hair, from genetics to postpartum hair loss. And while hair thinning is more common as we get older, anyone of any age can have thin hair, or fine hair (aka hair that’s physically smaller in diameter than its fuller counterparts). That’s why, as always, the right haircut can be a total game-changer. No matter your hair length or texture, your next cut is just a scroll away. We caught up with three ultra-talented hairstylists—Sanda Petrut of Maxine Salon in Chicago, celebrity stylist Joseph Maine, and Ryan Trygstad of Mark Ryan Salon in New York City—to find out their tips for cutting and styling thin and fine hair, as well as the…

I’m a Flat-Shoe Expert and These 31 Pairs Are the Prettiest I’ve Found

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM Up until about six years ago, aside from holiday sandals, I never used to wear flat shoes. Instead, I’d teeter around in heels, whatever the occasion—be it a night out or a trip to the supermarket. I guess I had subscribed to the idea that working in the fashion industry meant practical things such as flat shoes weren’t part of the uniform. In my defence, flat shoes weren’t given the same treatment that they are today. Then the tide turned. From CĂ©line’s (when the brand still boasted its accent) Glove shoes to Gucci’s once-again-iconic Jordaan loafers, the humble flat was given the haute treatment by a host of brands. Now, you’ll find plentiful flat shoes that look just as pretty as heels, if not more so.It’s official—flat shoes are cool, and I wear them around the clock. Not only are they…

Your Lingerie Is Over the Second You Do This

September 04, 2021 at 08:00AM Over the years, I’ve accumulated quite a nice collection of lingerie, had multiple bra fittings and received quotes from some of the biggest experts in the industry on the dos and don'ts of lingerie across the board. Most of these rules are easy enough to follow, except for one (at least for me). During my most recent lingerie fitting for a story I wrote on what it’s like to wear lingerie sets for a week straight, the saleswoman assisting me told me that if I’m not storing my lingerie properly, I’m basically killing it, not getting my money’s worth, and so on and so forth.Instantly I switched into panic mode as I realised all my lingerie was currently stuffed in my drawer along with the rest of my five-for-ÂŁ20 underwear and random assortment of sports bras. In other words,…
