Naomi Osaka’s Funky Sheer Pants Made This Courtside Date Night a Lot More Interesting

November 23, 2021 at 05:46PM The hottest date night spot as of late? Hanging courtside at a basketball game. On Sunday night, Naomi Osaka was spotted front row at the Clippers vs. Mavericks match in Los Angeles with her boyfriend and rapper Cordae. The court was the tennis player’s runway as she stood out in a fashion-forward outfit consisting of a casual white button-down and a pair of funky sheer pants with velvet embroidered cuffs. Naomi piled on the accessories, which included a sherpa bucket hat, large gold hoops, a diamond watch and matching bracelet, and of course, a Louis Vuitton purse. She is a global ambassador for the fashion house after all. The athlete completed the look with Swarovski Air Force 1s and a draped black coat. Cordae didn’t look too bad himself in a more neutral outfit, wearing a corduroy blazer…

How Elle Fanning Got Dressed in Catherine the Great’s Coronation Gown, Pregnancy Corset and All

November 23, 2021 at 05:11PM It took Elle Fanning 25 minutes to get dressed in her coronation gown as Catherine in Hulu’s The Great. Don’t forget, she’s dressing for two this season. But Fanning is a pro when it comes to embracing her characters through wardrobe, and costume designer Sharon Long knew she would rise to the occasion. When she talked to POPSUGAR about dressing a baby bump in the 18th century, we discovered the plan was quite involved. “There’s not a massive amount of reference. You lose the 18th-century shape, which is a tiny waist with structure, and you get a raising belly that you have to accommodate while still making her look regal and light with a sense of purity and optimism,” Long said, explaining that if there was any shift in the aesthetic from season one to two, it was…

I’ve Probably Tested 100+ Skinny Jeans, but This Is the Only (Comfy!) Pair I’ll Rate 5 Stars

November 23, 2021 at 04:35PM Let’s be real: jeans are never anyone’s first choice when comfort is the goal. Denim can often be restraining and stiff. I totally changed my mind as soon as I slipped into theseBanana Republic High-Rise Slim Jean ($69, originally $99). They’re as comfy as leggings - no kidding. The material is soft and stretchy, yet it doesn’t bag out. You could easily sit cross-legged on the floor in these pants without any irritation - that’s the ultimate test. I first purchased these jeans in dark blue, but now I want to go back for the medium wash as well. They look great with a t-shirt on the weekends but equally as cute with a blazer when I’m working. They’re my year-round staple. Treat yourself to a fresh pair for Winter; your wardrobe deserves it. Related: 4 Editors Put…

Wow, Yvonne Orji Looked Like an Absolute Vision in This Marigold Ball Gown

November 23, 2021 at 04:09PM As the host of the 49th International Emmy Awards, we wouldn’t expect Yvonne Orji to show up in anything less than a spectacular ball gown. Consistent with her head-turning looks on the hit show Insecure, the Nigerian-American actress illuminated the red carpet in a dramatic marigold frock at the acclaimed event, held in New York City. Designed by Nicole + Felicia, a bridal and evening wear brand founded by sister duo Nicole and Felicia Chang in 2015, the gown features a plunging V-shaped neckline and a dramatic ruffle bodice cascading into a tiered floor-length skirt. The chiffon fabric helped create an ethereal silhouette, which turned the Insecure star into an absolute vision. Relive the moment ahead, and see the ball gown from all angles. Sasha Exeter Makes Self Care A Priority

November 23, 2021 at 02:39PM Sasha Exeter is busy. But in the early mornings, she’s putting in a different kind of work. The Canadian content creator is more than just an influencer: She’s a single mother, entrepreneur and brand collaborator, counting Activia, Vichy, Indigo, BMW and, of course, Tetley as partners. A retired athlete (and the national face of Joe Fresh Active), Exeter’s health and wellness journey is at the core of her online presence. On her Instagram and blog, she shares her favourite workout routines, holds space for honest conversations about mental health, and presents a holistic approach to wellness that centers on recharging the mind and body from the inside out. But before the sun rises, the self care advocate is offline and enjoying some solitude with a cup of tea. And now, she has her very own Tetley blend, Be…

PSA: Zara’s Perfect £30 Party Top Has Just Been Restocked

November 23, 2021 at 12:30PM I don’t know about you, but I’m all for party season this year. Ordinarily, I tend to avoid overly loud or statement clothes, but after being denied it in 2020, I’m intent on embracing party dressing in all its high-octane glory. With work dinners, drinks with friends, and lots of reasons to celebrate on the horizon, I’ve been thinking about the sort of thing I’d like to wear for all of the above, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the only thing for it is sparkle. Although it largely goes against my style DNA, I can’t help but be drawn to all the rhinestone-adorned pieces out there. Nuè is one such brand that has put gemstones on the agenda for 2021, along with Saint Laurent, whose Swarovski-encrusted boots have caught the eye of everyone, from Celine Dion to…

The Winter Outfits We’re Ready to Start Wearing Now

November 23, 2021 at 06:30AM It can be all too easy when temperatures drop to a certain (read: icy) level to lean on the same outfits you have for the past few years, huddling up in grey, navy and black knitwear and the same black ankle boots. While you can’t beat a classic, if you’re looking for some new winter combinations, the likes of Grece Ghanem, Lucy Williams and more have been wearing a number of practical yet interesting looks you too will be able to wear on repeat until spring. Many of these key items you’ll already own, such as roll-necks and classic blazers, but you can make your winter wardrobe more 2021 with cream boots, teddy coats and leather trousers. Just because you have to make sensible choices doesn’t mean you have to spend the next three months in boring and unadventurous outfits. Keep scrolling to see…
