Ciara’s Zipper-Front Leather Jumpsuit Is a Total ‘90s Vibe

September 08, 2022 at 05:50PM

Ciara is in New York City promoting her new five-piece skin-care line, OAM Skin, and she’s packed her own LITA by Ciara separates for her busy event schedule. The 36-year-old multihyphenate most recently worked her label’s Spellbound leather jumpsuit, which retails for $498 and is available in sizes XXS-XXL. The design boasts a wide leg, a zipper-front, a sweetheart neckline, and thick straps, and it’s made from material sourced from eco-friendly tanneries.

Ciara styled the number with chunky lace-up Celine boots that come studded with the brand’s logo at the front of the outsole, along with stacks of gold bracelets, a rose-shaped ring, and a black diamond chain-link choker. She left her long, curly hair down, parted at the center, and opted for a nude, glossy lip and cat-eye makeup. The “Level Up” singer described the inspiration behind the moment in a caption on Instagram: “Tom boy Chicin It.”

Just one day prior, the star also showed off a long-sleeved leather minidress from LITA, part of the brand’s latest drop, worn with simple heeled sandals. Ciara’s street style continues to emphasize her own personal aesthetic of trendy, chic, and sophisticated separates. In July, she wore a Barbiecore-esque, pink ribbed skirt set that met the mark. What’s more, her recently released “Jump” music video also features sporty-meets-edgy outfits that strike a similar tone.

On Wednesday, July 20, she and husband Russell Wilson presented together at the 2022 ESPY Awards, where she stepped out in a statement-making Sabina Bilenko velvet gown that featured an open glitter bust. Earlier in the month, the pair attended Wimbledon, where Ciara arrived wearing a fitted, nude knee-length dress and diamonds.

Ahead, catch another glimpse of her latest jumper moment, then shop her look from head to toe.
