April 21, 2022 at 07:33PM Like so many on the journey to discovering their creative purpose, Armand Digdoyo, it seems, has already lived several lives. Growing up in Ottawa after his parents emigrated from Jakarta, he eventually moved to Montreal to explore city life as a club kid and assist local fashion designer Lino Catalano before finally landing in Toronto. For the past 18 years, he has continued to try on many hats in an attempt to make the most of his creative savvy. He was a member of electro-dance group Fritz Helder & The Phantoms (which opened for Lady Gaga in NYC and was a mentee of Nelly Furtado’s), a columnist for Fab magazine, a DJ for the Canadian Opera Company and Holt Renfrew and a sound designer and stylist for brands such as Aveda, Deveaux New York and Greta Constantine. Dove Cameron Styled a Corset With Sweats For Her Tonight Show Performance

April 21, 2022 at 05:49PM Dove Cameron is all about the corset trend, as you can see from her outfit on last night’s episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The 26-year-old star recently released a steamy video for “Boyfriend” a few weeks after teasing the song on TikTok, and she took the stage to perform the track for the first time in front of a live audience. For her performance, Cameron wore a vintage Givenchy piece that came with black and red mesh accents. Instead of styling her corset with jeans or a skirt, Cameron decided to wear a pair of black sweatpants, also featuring red stripes down the sides. She finished her look off with a Matrix-inspired leather trench coat, which came in an oversized silhouette. She also showed off her jewel-encrusted sheer gloves that added a layer of drama…

Given the show’s influence on all things style, it was of course a fashionable affair. As with their onscreen outfits, the actors’ sartorial choices delivered - from Zendaya’s striking suit to Hunter Schafer’s oversize mini dress. Zendaya embraced power dressing in a gray tailored ensemble consisting of a buttonless blazer with ‘80s-style padded shoulders and a relaxed high-neck blouse, which was folded over a belted sash placed atop loose-fitting yet super chic trousers. This monochrome statement was curated by the star’s longtime image architect Law Roach, who turned to Jerry Lorenzo’s label Fear of God for the occasion. Completing the single color theme,…

Adding intrigue to the otherwise simple silhouette, the dress has a corset panel at the waist with exposed boning and a distressed hem and neckline, giving off a deconstructed vibe. Apatow accessorized with black patent Mary Jane platforms, Wolford tights, and gold Versace jewelry. Apatow pulled up to the red carpet with her onscreen sister Sydney Sweeney, who wore an Alexander McQueen suit with a similar sheer panel at the midsection.
