Ashley Benson’s Cutout Dress Is Held Together by a Single Chain

Ashley Benson and longtime friend Vanessa Hudgens dressed in coordinating all-black outfits on Sept. 18 for an event celebrating their partnership with Thomas Ashbourne craft spirits in New York City. Benson’s look was a particular standout – the “Pretty Little Liars” alum stunned in an asymmetrical Dundas minidress with one long sleeve, a slit that reached up to her hip, and a side-to-back cutout held together by a single criss-crossed gold chain. The design showed off several of the tattoos from her expansive collection.
Styled by Jessica Paster, who’s worked with stars like Jennifer Aniston and Emily Blunt in the past, Benson paired her slinky dress with leather platform Versace boots featuring a towering 6-inch block heel, square-toe, and stacked platform. She finished the look with a black manicure and several metallic rings.
Hudgens, on the other hand, brought Y2k vibes for the evening, wearing a black bandeau top, ruched nylon maxi skirt, and similarly chunky platform boots. The “Tick, Tick… Boom!” actor styled her ensemble with twisted pigtails, a gold necklace, and a black crossbody bag.
Hudgens and Benson, who have known each other since they were teenagers and both memorably starred in “Spring Breakers,” posed both together and separately throughout the evening to show off their outfits from head to toe.
